How to Purchase Ticket BIGBANG ALIVE GALAXY WORLD TOUR 2012 IN MALAYSIA

Since the announcement of ticket prices to the BIGBANG Alive Galaxy Tour 2012 Malaysia concert, fans have been anxious to find the best way to get hold of the concert tickets when they  will be launch for sale on 28 Jul 2012. To ensure ticket availability for fans in Malaysia, concert organizer Running Into The Sun has specially arranged eight ticketing counters at fahrenheit88 on 28 Jul 2012, 10.30am to 6.00pm to cope with the high demand of tickets.

Online and hotline bookings will now be made available only on 28 Jul 2012 from 12.00pm onwards to help ease the expected rush for tickets when tickets are made available.


Fans who attend the ticket launch event can also guarantee themselves a ticket to the concert, as long as they are able to enter the ticketing queue between  10.30am to 6.00pm  at fahrenheit88. In addition, all VIP tickets (RM 688) and 300 priority premiere rock pit tickets (RM 588) will be available only at fahrenheit88. These 300 priority premiere rock pit tickets consist of 150 premiere rock pit A tickets and 150 premiere rock pit B tickets, the only priority tickets to the premiere rock pits. Priority rock pit tickets allow entry to the rock pits before everyone else on concert day, easing the pressure of having to queue early to get the best views.  


BIGBANG Alive Galaxy Tour 2012 Malaysia is set to be the concert of the year with a massive RM 4 million production show, in a one-night only concert at Stadium Merdeka on 27 Oct 2012. BIGBANG, consisting of five K-pop God which is G-Dragon, Taeyang, TOP, Seungri and Daesung, will perform the first outdoor concert of the BIGBANG Alive Galaxy Tour 2012 in their very first concert in Malaysia.

BIGBANG Alive Galaxy Tour 2012 Malaysia is sponsored by Samsung Galaxy and presented by YG Entertainment and Live Nation Entertainment, and organized by Running Into The Sun.
Tickets are available at RM 688, RM 588, RM 488, RM 388, RM 288, RM 198, RM 188 and RM 98 with only 12,000 tickets available.

This is the front entrance of the Fahreinheit88 outlet, VIP will start queue here & there will be a staff & bodyguard that will arranged VIP in line & to make sure the ticket launch will not be hectic &  successful
There will be 8 ticket booth here & please be aware which the correct ticket booth you will be purchase since they will have 2 part! Ticket Charge booth & RedTix booth as their divided the seating plan. Please refer the seating plan of both booth below.
This is the outlet of Fahreinheit88 with the view infront of Pavillion outlet. Please make sure you arrive at the correct place. The staff there told us there will be no allowed to stay there overnight! You may only allowed to queue there early in the morning around 7am. They firmly told us that they do not allow any overnight people.

B. Ticketing Notes:
- For the category of tickets available via Ticketcharge and Red Tix, please refer to their respective websites.
Ticketing booths willopen at fahrenheit88 from 1030hrs to 1800hrs. Fans are advised not to queue overnight for safety reasons.
- Ticketing booths at Ticketcharge and Red Tix outlets will open at their listed operating hours from 1030hrs onwards.
- Overseas fans can purchase tickets online via Ticketcharge and Redtix via crédit card  (Visa and Mastercard)
- For safety reasons, the age limit for tickets are 6 years old for all seated tickets, and 12 years old for rock pit tickets.
- Each transaction is capped at a maximum of 10 tickets to prevent any black market reselling of tickets and to ensure availability of tickets.


General FAQ

1. Will there be a ticket launch event?
Yes, there will be a ticket launch event for this concert. It will be at Fahrenheit88 on the 28 July, 10.30am - 6pm.

2. When will tickets be released?
Tickets will be released on the 28th of July at 10.30am at outlets and Fahrenheit88. Tickets will be released at 12pm for Hotline and Online.

3. Where can I buy VIP tickets?
VIP tickets can be bought only at the ticket launch at Fahrenheit88.

3a. Why does your map show VIP blocks when it is only sold at Fahrenheit88?
The VIP seats are indicated on the map so that people who are buying tickets at Fahrenheit88 know which ticketing agents will be selling the respective VIP Blocks.

4. Can I choose my seat(s)?
Unfortunately, you cannot choose your seats. You can only choose your category. It is based on a first come first served basis.

5. How many tickets can I purchase?
Each person is entitled to a maximum of 10 tickets only per transaction.

6. Is there any age limit?
For safety reasons, children below 6 years old are not allowed for the seated Categories and 12 years old for the Rockpit categories.

7. Is there anyway possible that I am allowed to access the backstage to see my favourite boys?
Backstage access is not allowed at all times.

8. How can overseas fans purchase the tickets?
You may buy tickets on the Ticketing agents website when tickets are released on the 28th of July.

9. Are there any limits to what kind of tickets I can purchase?
No, you can purchase tickets from any category. Age restrictions apply (please see point 6).

10. What are the 300 Priority Premier Rockpit tickets available at the ticket launch?
The first 150 tickets for Premier Rockpit A and Premier Rockpit B will only be sold at the ticket launch. Customers with the first 300 tickets will be allowed to enter earlier then the rest in that category.

11. Does ticket prices stated in Seat Map include Tax?
No, it does not. A RM3 processing fee will be charged for each ticket.

12. Will you be able to change the date of the concert?
No, this date has been set according to the artiste schedule.

13. Is there a wheel chair zone?
Yes, there is limited number of wheel chair zone at Cat 4.

14. Is overnight queuing allowed?
Fans are advised not to queue overnight for safety reasons.

15. Which ticketing agent should I go to for the various categories?
For the category of tickets available vis Ticketchare and Red Tix, please refer to their respective websites.

16. How can I pay for my tickets?
Payment can be made via credit card (Visa, Mastercard), debit card and cash at all outlets.

17. Where are the ticketing outlets?

18. Will all ticket categories be sold at the launch?
YES, all tickets will be sold at the launch.

19. Will VIP be sold at the ticketing outlets?
NO, All VIP seats will on be sold at the launch.

Black market tickets will be strictly monitored and recorded on our end. We hope that everyone behaves in a socially responsible manner and not succumb to the impulse to buy tickets from resellers who are seeking to exploit K-pop fans.
