Sorry guys for not updating the blog for few days already. Anyway, today is a special day (thanks admin joey for reminding me) as today marked a month since Big Bang came to our shore (which is Malaysia, of course!) and rock our world. And I know, since then many VIPs (including me) can't get enough from these five talented artists.

Anyway, to mark the 1st month so-called anniversary since that "memorable experience" with Big Bang,  here are videos that can reminded us of that awesome memories. Both are  from fans' account, let's cherish it together! **swoon**

Seung Ri updated fans with his latest selca, taking pictures in front of a popular manga "One Piece". He's taking picture in front of the character of Monkey D. Luffy and his older brother, Ace. 

For those who are also following  "One Piece", they must remeber one of the character in one piece that reminded them of Seung Ri, which is Sanji. He is a gentleman,  treats women better and have skills in cooking. Let's wish that Seung Ri knows how to cook too! That will be a plus point, right?  (Anyway, he showed his skills in grilling meat in Taxi programme. lol)

[RADIO] Big Bang live on radio singing medley

Big Bang was asked to sing their songs live in a radio programme, sometime last year. They were very supportive of each other especially when some of them, unable to remember some of the lyrics of their songs. They are so nice!! Let's watch their comradeship ;)

The DJ's face was not visible but her voice reminded me of Lee Young Ja from Taxi. Hehehehe. (By the way, Seungri was in that programme and he was hilarious! Will share that video later )

They were asked to sing Tonight, Last Farewell, Lies and some of their solo songs. Check this out ;)

[PARODY] Big Bang's parody of girl idol's S.E.S

Big Bang are well known for their talents.  What makes them so interesting and different from other idol groups is they like to share their other skills, by sharing it with their fans. For them, it was like a gift to their fans. Throughout the years, they did all sort of thing, either doing cover of other artists as well as parody of popular dramas.

This was probably the first parody they made (please correct me if i'm wrong). Seems they were having fun too. Enjoy the video!

[VOTE] Nine more days until MAMA 2012 Award Night!

Nine days left before the big night, MAMA 2012 award, which will be held in Hong Kong. 

In the Best Male Artist category and Best Global Group, GD and Big Bang are currently in the top three. The group is also currently at third place in Best Music Videos through "Monster". These are their current stands, as of 2.16 am (Malaysia time).

GD is closely following PSY with 26.2 percent while PSY with 26.6 percent. A very close chase indeed. Before this, GD was in the lead. (Though they are under one roof, we are secretly hoping that GD will win, right? Hehehe)

                             

Meanwhile, for this category Big Bang (9%)  is behind Super Junior (41.1%) and TVXQ (40.5%). 

Apart from the two category, they are also nominated for Best Male Group (currently no 4) and Artist of the Year (currently no 4), of which GD is also nominated (at no 9). 

Anyway, there is still time. Let's continue to vote. Every person can vote only once a day. So there is still time!! Let's hope Big Bang and GD wins!

[NEWS] Seungri's official twitter account!

The maknae of Big Bang group, our woori Seungri now has twitter account, using the name of @ForvictoRi. He started tweeting two hours ago starting with the line "My twitter is...Crazy". He intends to learn English through this account. So VIP Malaysia, let's follow him! Hehe..

Up to now, he has 73 tweets. He seems to have fun in Las Vegas through his last tweet (LOL). Let's say hi to him ;)

Anyway, he did say hi to Malaysia through his fan-base here via @MYSeungri account :) 

Up to now..he has already 88,999 followers and the number is growing. He will probably be surprised with the number of followers when he wakes up later ;)

[COVERS] Big Bang and Sungha Jung

One of the best cover of Big Bang songs are by Sungha Jung, a South Korean finger-style guitarist. He is 16 years old this year. Big Bang probably his favourite group since he did many of their songs. Most of the songs are in the Alive album as well as Haru-Haru. He also loves GD (wink), so he did some GD new singles. I love all of them but I put some of the best for all the VIPs to enjoy it ;)

Anyway, GD collaborated with him during SBS Inkigayo programme for That XX song. Sungha recently collaborated with 2NE1 for two of their songs.

[NEWS] Big Bang is a Big Hit in US

 
Big Bang is clearly making wave into the US market. They have been depicted as the true wild heart of K-Pop by the New York Times. 

NY Times described them as "kaleidoscopically weird, hilariously comic and sinisterly effective".

NY Times see GDragon as the flamboyant center of the group, TOP has a regal bearing, Daesung with a totally incredible R&B voice, Taeyang the group's battery and the baby-faced Seungri playing the straight man (LOL). 

Meanwhile, the world famous music magazine, SPIN praises the group's concert in New Jersey. It said the concert came at a time where everyone is mourning at the loss of family members and their entire heritage due to Hurricane Sandy.

The group's energy was like a battery that energised the crowds who attended the concert. K-Pop heals New Jersey, it said.

As for G-Dragon, it said he is the "Kanye West of Korea".

My take: GD will be happy to hear this. In one of the interviews, when asked about his dream, he said is to make other people believe in dreams, so that they can be whoever they wanted to be.

[NEWS] Big Bang to Release "Special Final in Dome Memorial Collection" in Japan

Big Bang is releasing a special album to commemorate holding concerts in the three biggest domes in Japan. 

The group, which is currently on a world tour, have decided to release a special album in commemoration of holding concerts in the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, the Kyocera Dome in Osaka, and the Yahoo! Japan Dome in Fukuoka. 

On November 6, a spokesperson for Big Bang was reported saying that the group will release the album in Japan, which will include the members’ solo songs, bringing a total of six songs.

On the same day, Sankei Sports reported that Big Bang’s G-Dragon said, “We’re very happy to release a special album in commemoration of holding concerts in the three biggest domes in Japan.”

Big Bang will hold concert in the Kyocera Dome on November 23. As for Tokyo Dome and the Yahoo! Japan Dome, the concerts will be in December.

So far, the group had held thirteen concerts in 5 cities in Japan during the month of May and June, attracting a total audience of 150,000. Including the upcoming concerts in the domes, they are expecting to attract a total audience of 355,000.

The release date is on December 5.
